Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. They will be located in Indore and will work closely with the sales team.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales or business development
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Strong negotiating skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively
Experience in HR consulting or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
