Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

 Generating client leads to sell a property.

 Doing an Outbound calls & received incoming calls

 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phones, by email, and in-person.

 Select and show homes and properties that meet client needs.

 Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.

 Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

 Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies researching sales prospects and generating leads

 Stay updated with the market trends, property values, and industry best practices.

 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.

 Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate/Property sales person.

 Proven track of successful sales record

 Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and a part of collaborative team.
