Role & responsibilities:-
Generating client leads to sell a property.
Doing an Outbound calls & received incoming calls
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phones, by email, and in-person.
Select and show homes and properties that meet client needs.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies researching sales prospects and generating leads
Stay updated with the market trends, property values, and industry best practices.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate/Property sales person.
Proven track of successful sales record
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and a part of collaborative team.
