Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in e-commerce lead generation to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with clients to understand their e-commerce goals and challenges.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Skills:

Market Knowledge: Understanding of international markets, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on diverse cultural and business practices.
