Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide timely and effective communication to internal teams regarding sales and marketing activities, customer feedback, and market developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
