About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. This
opportunity is available at our Bhopal and Kalapipal offices in Madhya Pradesh. As a
Sales Executive, you will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Utilizing a
consultative sales approach, you will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify
leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Salary:
8,000 to 20,000 per month + Incentives.
Location:
Bhopal Office (Onsite)
Kalapipal Office (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Handle a minimum of 50-60 calls per day.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Connect with at least 50 clients daily.
Qualifications:
Open to candidates from any academic mum 1-2 years of experience in calling is a must.
Experience in cold calling is essential.
Proficiency in Excel.
Follow-up experience.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of basic CRM systems.
