Need to do sales and marketing activities in assigned regions.
Identifying customer data from all available sources.
Identifying new customers and decision makers in various customer segments Architects, builders, project developers, contractors etc.
Customer data and relationship management.
Prospect identification through project scouting.
Generate and follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Conduct productive sales meetings to understand customer needs and showcase our products.
Analyze the customer requirements in their project and approach the internal team for submitting commercials and technical proposals.
Need to deliver catalogues, brochures, presentations and marketing collateral.
Anticipate possible opportunities within customer segments and reach out to us.
Address and resolve customer complaints and grievances.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Document the day-to-day activities without fail.
