Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our passionate
team. As a Sales Executive in the tourism industry, you will be responsible for driving
revenue growth by promoting our travel packages, establishing strong client
relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in helping travelers
embark on unforgettable journeys while contributing to the success of our company.
2-4 years of experience as sales executive or equivalent designation in tourism
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including
individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our travel packages,
destinations, and services to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently
striving for exceptional performance.
5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market
conditions to adapt sales strategies effectively.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and
execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process,
including pre-trip and post-trip support.
8. Documentation: Accurately maintain sales records, contracts, and customer
information in our system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
