Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales.

 Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs.

 Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

 Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

 Prior experience in telesales and revenue generation

 Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Excellent communication and conversational skills.

 Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

 Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 Proficiency in using CRM.
