Job Description

1. Tendering

a. Searching for Tenders on GeM Portal based on relevant keywords provided by management

b. Keeping track of tenders we are participating in

c. Filling up tenders based on the inputs given by marketing

d. Preparing documentation needed for submitting tender, retaining coma mon set of documents and keeping the same updated

e. Submission of Online/Offline Tenders as required

2. Vendor registration and renewal

a. Maintaining Master List of Companies, government establishments where we are registered vendors

b. Updating product profile as required

c. Ensuring ongoing vendor enlistment
