Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team on an incentive-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals. Your income will be directly tied to your performance, providing you with unlimited earning potential based on the sales you achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and on-the-ground prospecting.
Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts.
Client Meetings and Presentations:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present and demonstrate our products/services.
Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific challenges and objectives.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive sales by closing deals and achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Focus on high-impact sales activities that convert prospects into customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Reporting and Feedback:
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Track and report on sales metrics and results, including leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, or any other customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
A strong desire to succeed in sales and the ability to work independently.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
