Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Agsar Paints' range of products to potential customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Participate in sales events, trade exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required.
Requirements:
Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
0 to 5 years of sales experience preferred, but freshers with enthusiasm and drive are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the designated region.
