We are seeking a talented and experienced SailPoint Architect and Identity Governance Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and implementing Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint's platform. You will work closely with our clients to conduct gap analysis, develop comprehensive solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (8+ years) as a SailPoint Architect or Consultant, designing and implementing Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control, and entitlement management.
Experience in conducting gap analysis, identifying IAM-related risks, and developing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration, integration, and customization.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Project management experience and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SailPoint certifications are a plus.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required (if applicable).
