• Ensure to HSE requirement to construction activity at Site.

• Organize site so that work is carried out to the required standards with minimum risk to men, equipment and materials.

• To provide the required HSE facility in connection with the use handling, storage and transport of all articles and substances.

• Ensure that requirements are adequate to cover sound working method.

• To provide proper adequate and up to date safety instruction to all employees.

• To provide required safety equipment that will be utilized by the employees.

• Carry out site safety inspection and supervision of work permits.

• Identify potential accident risks and develop prevention, control and mitigation measures to eliminate accident risk.

• Investigation & reporting of accidents / incidents and implementation of recommendation to parent reoccurrence.
