Technical/Professional Skills:

�� Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.

�� Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.

�� Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.

�� Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.

Major Job Responsibilities:

�� Issuing Work permits and monitoring the permit check point��s implementation.

�� Planning and conducting an internal inspection in the plant to ensure work environment safety.

�� Plant rounding to identify Safety deviations/violations in Work Activity.

�� Monitoring the Critical Raw materials handling

�� Investigating the Route cause/s behind the near-miss/ incidents and providing necessary controls to mitigate the risk.

�� Procurement of safety Equipment, instruments & PPE through Purchase order.

�� Preparation of the monthly reports and weekly reports.

�� Preparation of Department Environmental Impact Assessment

�� Conducting calendar Training for Regular & Contract employees.

�� Conducting Shop floor training to the bottom level employees.

�� Safety equipment inspections based on the schedules.

�� IMS files updating as per schedule.

�� Monitoring of MEE and ETP plants.

�� Maintenance and servicing of fire equipment.
