Risk Assessment: Identifying potential hazards in the workplace, conducting safety audits, and assessing risks to workers, equipment, and materials.

Developing Safety Policies: Creating and implementing safety policies, procedures, and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.

Safety Training: Conducting regular training sessions for employees to ensure they understand safety standards, proper equipment handling, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation practices.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring the company follows all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines.

Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents, near-misses, and safety violations to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.

Emergency Preparedness: Preparing emergency response plans for different types of incidents such as fires, natural disasters, or chemical spills. This includes conducting drills and ensuring all employees are familiar with emergency procedures.

Equipment Inspections: Regularly inspecting safety equipment (like fire extinguishers, first aid kits, PPE) and machinery to ensure they are in working order.

Reporting and Documentation: Keeping records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and other safety-related activities. Preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.

Promoting Safety Culture: Encouraging a culture of safety by engaging employees, leading by example, and fostering open communication about safety concerns.

Monitoring Workplace Conditions: Ensuring that the workplace is clean, organized, and free from hazards like spills, tripping hazards, or unsafe equipment.

Safety Audits and Inspections: Regularly conducting audits and inspections to ensure that all safety measures are being followed and identifying areas for improvement.
