Position Name: - DY Manager EHS

Location: - Pune

Experience: - BE (Mechanical/Production/Electrical/ chemical) and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety with 5-8 Years of experience in manufacturing Industry in safety function.

Eligibility / Qualification Criteria: - BE (Mechanical/Production/Electrical) and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE approved institute, preferably from Central Labor Institute.

Pre-requisite :

a. Knowledge of legal Compliance related to industrial Safety.

b. Knowledge of safety in fabrication/ automobile/ heavy engineering

c. Good communication and presentation skills

d. Should able to communicate in Marathi Language

e. Implementation of IMS

Job Responsibility:

The person will be responsible for the day to day execution of Industrial Safety activity.

A) Activity

1. Conduct safety inspection, risk assessment of all section/ units of plants

2. Organize audits , meeting with top management on safety

3. Reporting and Investigating incidents, accidents, near misses and ensuring CAPA Compliance

4. Prevention of unsafe practices in factory premises, using various methods/ technics

5. Monitoring work permit system & PPE compliance in company premises

6. To carry out monitoring of environment-related parameters.

7. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.

8. Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.

9. Oversee disposal of hazardous waste

10. Carry out lifting equipment and accessories inspection and certification.

11. Implementation of contractor safety Management

12. Implementation of chemical safety management, including compliance to MSDS

13. Ensuring safe working practices & Identify/help in eliminating the unsafe condition

14. Ensuring updating of Daily, weekly, Monthly Safety and Environment related MIS

15. Training related to industrial safety & health to all levels of employees
