Position Overview: Controlling overall Safety, Health & Environment department work of the factory.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To support implementation safety & Health policy of company.
2. To assist the management in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations.
3. To develop & implementation of safety procedures.
4. To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization through training.
5. Lead accident/incident investigation and preparation of CAPA report.
6. To conduct internal Audit
7. To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Board facility.
8. To respond to fires and other emergencies on or about the company’s property.
9. To comply objectives discussed with management.
10. To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, firefighting, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in organization.
11. To coordinate the company’s emergency procedures and act as the Board’s emergency on-site coordinator.
12. To develop, review, and update appropriate sections of the CSTL’s Emergency Procedures Manual.
13. To conduct HAZOP study together with project & production department for any new processes/products introduced in the company.
14. He may exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
15. Responsible for identification of environmental aspects & Impacts & identification of Hazards & Risk.
16. Implementation of work permit system follows strictly.
17. To stop all unsafe act & unsafe conditions observed.
18. Ensure that change control process is strictly followed.
19. Ensure safety audit, safety walk through observations are in compliance.
