Provide expert advice and guidance on road safety and traffic transportation matters for the viaduct

construction activities of the Dhubri Phulbari Bridge Project.

• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and risk assessments of the viaduct construction site,

identifying potential hazards and recommending appropriate control measures.

• Develop and implement a road safety management plan specifically tailored to the viaduct construction

activities, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with the viaduct construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, to review and

evaluate safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Conduct road safety audits of the project, assessing the design plans and recommending improvements

to enhance overall safety.

• Monitor the implementation of safety protocols and procedures on the viaduct construction site, ensuring

compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.

• Conduct safety training sessions for the viaduct team, raising awareness of safety protocols, promoting

safe work practices, and fostering a safety-conscious culture.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive

measures to minimize future occurrences.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to road safety

engineering, traffic transportation, and road safety management.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and statutory authorities, to ensure

compliance with safety requirements and obtain necessary approvals for the viaduct construction

activities.
