Manage, perform and ensure the activities related to safety assurance are applied in the projects. Coordinates the safety studies carried out through the life cycle of the process to ensure that safety requirements are met, and that the process is compliant with the CENELEC Standards.

Develop spacecraft system hazard reports and gain approval at ISS Safety Review Panel

Determine spacecraft system hazard causes, their corresponding controls, and methods to verify the controls are in place

Responsible for end-to-end system safety analysis and documentation

Perform trade studies for safety and mission assurance of system designs and integration

Develop safety data management systems for accurate record-keeping

DDT&E and management of spacecraft systems
