Job Description

The key responsibilities of the RSO include but are not limited to :

Stockist Deployment: Identify and appoint stockists in planned geographies and drive the utilization of technological enablers like Vistaar, etc. for stockist network

Implementation of Stockist Service Pack : Drive and align existi

Supervision and Training of Stockist Infra: Monitor, mentor and drive performance efficiency of PSRs and ROCs servicing the stockists

Stockist Engagement: Build sustainable winning relationship with stockists via dedicated visits, undertake market work with stockists, guide stockist on market development, etc.
