Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents, files, and packages within and outside the office.

• Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, mailing letters, and banking tasks.

• Support staff with setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and organizing office supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas.

• Perform minor maintenance tasks or coordinate repairs when needed.

• Provide general assistance to office staff as required.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with care.

• Requirements:

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
