strong Skills and Experience in Ruby On Rails Including Building/testing/debugging

strong Programming, Object-oriented and Design Skills

attention Towards Good Design -- Both in Terms of Engineering and User Experience.

ability to Design and Implement the Technical and Deployment Architecture

experience in Mysql

experience Managing Source Repository in a Team (git)

good Understanding of Jquery, Bootstrap

ability to Work with a Team to Guide and Implement Product-level Enhancements.

ability to Take Up Challenges, Proactively Figure Out Solutions for Tough Problems, and Remain Unfazed By the Difficulties in a Startup Environment.
