Basic Qualifications:

- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

- 3-9 years of programming experience in Web Technologies. (There are multiple positions available with different levels of experience)

What knowledge and experience do you bring with you?

- 3+ years experience in Web Development.

- Minimum 2+ years experience in Ruby Rails Framework.

- Proficient in Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL.

- Good knowledge in HTML/slim Templating, CSS(Tailwind CSS Framework) and Javascript.

- Open source development background and experience with GIT.

- Experience with integrations using REST, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and 3rd Party APIs.

- Experience with Agile Methodology.

- Proposes the pragmatic solution to painful problems.

- Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.

Nice to have:

- Test-Driven Development

- Django Experience

- Knowledge in PHP

- Hands on experience in any cloud service preferably AWS

- Working knowledge in Redis.
