JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (JD):

Experience in new Formulation Development, Current Compound Related Improvement,

Compound Mixing Process, Extrusion Process, Curing & Raw Material Validation.

 Extensive exposure in planning & execution by requirement gathering, designing,

testing, and encompassing entire product development.

 Experienced in analysing and producing the technical requirements and specifications &

recommending design modifications based on customer requirements.

 Skilled in various types of Raw material testing, Rubber compound testing & Rubber

Hose

testing according to ISO, EN, BS, SAE, & ASTM etc. test method.

 Proven record of delivering client services as per schedule; ensuring high quality of all

components made and making improvements for achieving better quality.

 Experienced in analyzing & validate new raw material supplier.

 A professional with analytical, time management & leadership skills; consistently

delivered results.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Development of next generation rubber hose compounds, and updating and refinement of

existing formula

 Design and develop of rubber compound formulation for new product component as per market

& customer requirement.

 Leads advanced analyses, tests, and development of new or updated formulas that require

specialized understanding of chemistry, product lines, and materials; determines quality

standards

 Further development of skills through industry conferences, training, and technical literature

 Uses working knowledge of business group operations and application methods to assist with

implementing project objectives, product systems, budgets, timelines, and other requirements

 Leads others to solve complex questions and concerns from Engineering, Operations, research

technicians, quality control, and customers

 Develops and reviews reports and documents detailing
