Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Rubber Technologist to join our team. As a Rubber Technologist, you will be responsible

for developing and improving rubber formulations, conducting testing and analysis, and providing technical support to ensure the

quality and performance of rubber products. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our production processes, optimizing material

usage, and meeting customer requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Formulation Development: Research, develop, and optimize rubber compounds/formulations based on customer specifications,

regulatory requirements, and internal performance targets.

• Material Selection: Identify suitable raw materials (., rubbers, fillers, curatives, etc.) based on product requirements, cost-

effectiveness, and availability.

• Testing and Analysis: Ensuring physical and chemical testing of rubber materials and products, including mechanical properties,

aging characteristics, rheological properties, and cure analysis, etc.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular inspections, audits, and analysis of rubber

materials, processes, and finished products.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize rubber processing methods, including

mixing, molding, and curing, to achieve desired product attributes and production efficiency.

• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to rubber materials, processing, and performance through root

cause analysis, experimentation, and process improvements.

• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams (., production, sales, customer service) and

external stakeholders (., customers, suppliers) regarding rubber-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and product/application

recommendations.

• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to rubber
