2. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and provide innovative solutions to exceed their expectations.

4. Lead a team of event coordinators and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event outcomes.

5. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best deals and services for our events.

6. Create comprehensive event proposals, presentations, and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
