We MEDINOVA HYGIENE PRODUCTS the Manufacturer of Sanitary Napkin & ADULT Diaper Brand Name SNUG SURE require Area Sales Manager (ASM) with minimum 6 - 8 years in FMCG , Personal Care industry with team handling capacity.

Eligibility:

Both male and female candidate can apply.

Candidates must have minimum 6 -8 years Channel Sales / FMCG / Personal care Experience ( SS , DB, Retail ) in similar market.

(Resume will be rejected if don't have channel sales experience)

Candidate must be skilled at --

--Have a clear focus on creating Channels like CFA, Super Stockist, Distributors

--Recruit, develop & retain quality manpower to achieve turnover & profit targets.

--Focused approach to achieve Sales Targets of Self & Team consistence basis.

--A professional Sales person who ensure to motivate & direct Sales Team to established , coverage, distribution & display objectives to meet sales target.
