A Senior RPA Developer Manager at [KSSPL] leads a team of RPA developers, overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex RPA solutions across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of RPA tools, strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of RPA projects while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1)Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering professional development.
2)Create a positive and collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality RPA solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify potential automation opportunities, analyze business processes, and define automation scope and feasibility.
3)Develop comprehensive RPA roadmaps and strategies aligned with organizational goals, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
4)Design & architect complex RPA solutions, considering scalability, maintainability, and integration with existing systems.
Lead the development of RPA bots using industry-standard tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
5) Oversee the deployment and implementation of RPA solutions, including user training, change management, and monitoring of performance metrics.
Manage the transition of RPA solutions from development to production environments.
6) Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for RPA development, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal efficiency.
