Job Description:

As a Roller Operator you will play a vital role in our road construction and maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining heavy road rollers efficiently and safely to achieve the desired compaction and quality on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation: Operate the road roller to achieve proper compaction of materials on construction sites, including roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the construction site.

Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the road roller equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any issues promptly.

Material Handling: Ensure even and consistent compaction of materials, such as soil, asphalt, and aggregates.

Site Assistance: Collaborate with construction crews and supervisors to achieve the required compaction and smoothness on road surfaces.

Reporting: Maintain records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents.

Safety Awareness: Monitor and maintain awareness of potential hazards on the construction site and take appropriate precautions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Roller Operator, operating heavy road roller machinery in road construction projects.

Valid Roller Operator license or certification.

Knowledge of road roller equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.

Physical fitness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Effective communication skills in Arabic or English.

Reliable and punctual.

Must be eligible to work in Bahrain.
