Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic Welding Operator to join our team. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. As a Robotic Welding Operator, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding machines and equipment to produce high-quality welded components. The role requires a strong understanding of welding processes, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Robotic Welding Machines: Set up and operate robotic welding equipment to perform welding tasks according to technical drawings and specifications.
Set Up Welding Parameters: Adjust and set parameters on welding robots to ensure optimal performance and precision.
Inspect Welded Components: Perform visual and manual inspections of welded components to ensure accuracy and quality.
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors and fabricators, to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance the welding process and increase overall efficiency and quality.
