Key Responsibilities:

 Process Analysis:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze and understand

business processes for automation.

Identify opportunities for automation and recommend RPA solutions.

 UiPath Development:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.

Create and maintain automation workflows, integrating UiPath best practices.

Develop and configure bots for optimal performance and efficiency.

 Testing and Debugging:

Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Debug and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and testing

phases.

 Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for all developed automation processes.

Maintain updated documentation for changes and enhancements to existing

processes.

 Collaboration:

Work closely with business units to understand their automation needs and

requirements.

Collaborate with IT (Information Technology) and other departments to integrate

automation solutions into existing systems.

 Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on implemented

automation processes.

Assist in resolving issues and inquiries related to automation.

 Compliance and Security:

Ensure that all automation processes comply with regulatory and security standards.

Implement security measures to protect sensitive data processed through

automation.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 5+ years of Proven experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath.

 Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and methodologies.

 Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools.

 Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes.

 Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
