Job Description:-
ï‚· Conduct research and analysis to identify the potential and feasibility of
automation and robotics solutions for various steps of our manufacturing
processes.
ï‚· Apply strong knowledge of Gate phase project management using DFSS
(Design for Six Sigma) methodologies to effectively manage projects from
concept through to implementation.
ï‚· Design, develop, test, and optimize automation and robotics systems, such
as robotic arms, sensors, controllers, software, and hardware, using tools
such as CAD/CAM, FEA, CFD, and programming languages.
ï‚· As an independent contributor, identify strategic vendors to procure
components for robotics systems and oversee the complete integration
process in-house, working closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
to procure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot automation and robotics
systems and equipment.
ï‚· Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of automation and
robotics systems and propose improvements and enhancements.
ï‚· Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in automation and
robotics engineering and related fields.
Requirements:
 Hold a Bachelor��s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Automation
Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
ï‚· Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working as an
Automation and Robotics Engineer or in a similar role within relevant
industries.
ï‚· Demonstrate strong expertise and skills in Robotic integration,
Automation, and Robotics Engineering, particularly in the domain of robotic
spray painting applications, with experience in at least one of the following
robotic manufacturers: K
