Responsibility
1 C&B Program
End to end management of Compensation programs across international
locations spread across all regions.
To handle salary revision and bonus process including guidance with
respect to budget allocation, employee eligibility and coverage. Prepare
and review business cases for requests for salary increase
To analyse compensation data in light of market benchmark and creating
proposals to best aligning business needs, external environment and
budgets.
2 Manpower Budgeting
Support business units for international manpower cost budgeting
process.
Create analytics forecasting end of year manpower costs and long range
manpower cost movements
3 Rewards Projects and
Analytics
Involvement in Rewards projects including but not limited to pay
philosophy, compensation ranges, valuable pay programs, benefits,
benchmarking, etc.
Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources
Experience
8+ year’s relevant HR experience.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
Understands Business and people
In-depth understanding of compensation driver of business.
Thorough understanding of contemporary compensation practices and local regulations and salary structures
across International locations
Ability to drive decisions through data based insights and analytics
Excellent Project Management and MS Excel skills.
