Position: Return Order Processing Executive (E-commerce)

Our company is looking for an Return specialist to join our online marketing and sales team.

Experience: 6 month - 3 Year

Work Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi

Qualification:

· Graduate in any stream.

· Prior experience in the relevant field is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for order and return order processing from the E-commerce marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, etc.

Returns Management Experience is mandatory for flipkart and amazon Marketplaces.

Required End to end knowledge of return , claim and order handling.

Good understanding of E-commerce Marketplaces

Skills Required:

· Should have a good knowledge of Excel.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.
