Co-ordinate and brief the digital graphic designer and copywriter on upcoming marketing campaigns.
Strategize CRM campaigns through various omnichannel like Push, SMS, email, and WhatsApp to produce relevant success metrics.
Maximize revenue per customer/data record by re-engaging a dormant/inactive audience.
Should have knowledge of marketing tools such as Mo-engage, clevertap, etc. with a good understanding of journeys and user properties.
Manage CRM promotional and transactional campaigns.
Work closely with the CRM analyst to report on the campaigns.
Work closely with the senior CRM manager & the CRM analyst on developing initiatives to retain and re-engage users.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across multiple channels (email, direct mail, and on-site messaging)
Analyze marketing campaign performance, including email metrics, conversion, and retention, to understand effectiveness and ROI.
A good knowledge of retention marketing tools like Moengage, WebEngage, CleverTap, or any similar platform is a must.
