Retail Store Manager (Full Time)

1. Develop and implement efficient sales processes and procedures to maximize productivity and streamline operations.

2. Monitor sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and sales per square foot, to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sales targets.

3. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy audits, to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.

4. Collaborate with sales management and other stakeholders to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.

5. Coordinate sales training programs and initiatives to ensure that sales associates have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed in their roles.

6. Leverage technology solutions, such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer relationship management and sales analytics tools, to enhance sales operations and drive business insights.

7. The individual will be responsible for the store teams and will need to drive high levels of motivation & drive towards achieving the numbers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. The position will also drive upskilling of store teams and will need to have knowledge of upselling, cross selling & deep selling techniques.

9. Address operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner, employing problem-solving skills and critical thinking to identify root causes and implement solutions.
