- An incumbent is required to work in the designated region closely with respective area sales manager and State head-sales to drive the promoter program.

- Overall responsibility for the program performance from the promoter onboarding to training to sales output.

- Engage with vendors in coordination with SCM and get the required promoter resources availability on field.

-Responsible for managing the Promoter Work Force.

- Manage the hiring, availability & productivity of promoters.

- Responsible to get the maximum productivity from the promoters.
