Position :

Retail Sales Officer (In-house Sales Executive)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge

Understanding need of customer & Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

Conversion of sale, Up/Cross selling

Assisting in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

Complete Stock Counting & Tallying

Focus on Non-Purchaser follow up

Provides outstanding customer service

Required Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of digital platform . Social media & basic computer knowledge

Able to work with team

Passion for sales

Location: Ratnam Enterprise - Tanishq - Surat (Ghod Dod Road / Adajan)

Time:10:30am to 08:15pm

Qualification: Any Graduate,
