Roles And Responsibilities :
-Welcome & direct customers.
-Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
-Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
-Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
-Cross-sell products within the store
-Ensure display & VM are fully stocked.
-Manage returns of merchandise.
-Service our Loyalty Program Clients.
-Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service.
-Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
-Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
-Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
-Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
-Prospect and contact potential customers.
-Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
-Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
-Create sales material to present to customers.
-Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
-Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
Skill Required :
-Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in only the Jewellery field.
-Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)
-Age Group Bellow 35 years.
-Gender - Both.
-Should have Good computer skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Preferably should have worked in a Jewellery showroom.
