Responsibilities
Promote and sell all aspects of Kadence music business and musical instruments
Advise customers using specialist knowledge of the products
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions
Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
Process payments of purchase; process cash, UPI, digital payment Apps or card payments
Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer
Promote customer loyalty
Participate in all areas of the store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
Work as a team in a sales presentation to overcome customers' objections and close additional sales
Desired Skills & Experience
Should have sound knowledge retail store management
Required strong selling skills (cross/up)
The ability to work as part of a team and independently
Good communication and people skills
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
1-2 years of relevant work experience
