Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Sales Consultant is responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including consulting customers that visit the store, understanding their riding needs, create solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, and recommending products based on their motorcycling needs. The Retail Sales Consultant will also be responsible for in-showroom VM, managing the team, excellent customer service and sharing relevant industry knowledge.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to handle customers with a positive, problem-solving attitude

Able to provide timely and quality customer service

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Positive and professional approach to sales with an eagerness to learn

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field

Previous experience of 2-3 years in retail sales or related field will be preferred

Interest in motorcycling will be an added advantage
