Job Title: Sales Executive in Retail clothing store

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting clothing that suits their needs and preferences.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Achieve individual and store sales by actively promoting products and services.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the stores products, including styles, sizes, fabrics, and prices.
Provide accurate and helpful advice to customers regarding product features and styling.
Arrange and display clothing and accessories to attract customer attention.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management team to improve product offerings and service.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Key Qualifications
Educational Background: Degree
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, especially in the clothing industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable recommendations.
Sales-oriented mindset.
