Designation: Retail Sales Associate.

Job Description:

1) Attend The Customer at Showroom. Understanding The Client Requirement and Help in Proposing

Right Product.

2) Use The CRM Software to Main the Leads and Follow Up.

3) Prepare Quote and Follow Up for Payment. Coordinating With Accounts, Inventory and Dispatch

Team for Order Processing.

4) Achieving Sales Target Set for The Month.

5) Collecting Client Reviews and Feedback Upon Completion of Sales.

6) Being Pro-Active to Respond Customer Queries in WhatsApp and Calls.

7) Providing Outstanding Customer Service.
