Ensuring replenishment to all the POS has been done as per their requirement and on a timely basis by analysing sales for the period while ensuring the quick turnaround of stock

Sales analysis and reporting of Plan vs. Actuals Sales

Monitoring stock levels to optimize inventory levels

Weekly performance review of sell thru for all the POS

Regular Monitoring of Slow Sellers and Top Sellers for prompt actions

Coordination with the Warehouse Team for the timely order dispatch

Coordination with the Buying and VM Team for the smooth functioning

Preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS Reports based on the given data

Responsible for Understanding the existing organisation system and extracting required data for the same
