As a Retail Marketing Executive, You will be responsible for :
Lead Generation
• Market Mapping (Big, medium and small retail outlets as per different location)
• Plan and execute successful Market activation campaign for a different types of Retail Brands
• Responsible for conducting Training, App Downloads for retail customers
• Gather Customer Data and pass qualified leads to the sales team
• Reporting data weekly and monthly basis to the reporting manager
• Handle Negotiation with vendors for Marketing material
Customer Retention
• Plan and execute Retention activities like Certificate /Gift/ Thankyou card distribution
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients, planning new and innovative retention strategies.
• Profiling Retail Customers and taking feedback from existing customers
• Conduct events for prospective, new, and existing customers
Requirement
• Proficiency in MS Office to create reports and record customer data
• Extrovert and Interactive
• Good presentation skills
• 80% Fieldwork
• Teamwork, corporation, and ability to work across department
• A natural business builder and networker who can ensure excellent client selection by leveraging relationships
• Willingness to travel if required
