Ordering:

• Preparing weekly PO’s for the store replenishment as well as the NSM material.

• New Article Sourcing & listing. Signing of VRF form with the Brand / Vendor TOT like margins, articles to be listed, payment terms etc.

• Daily ordering of perishable items & coordination with vendors.

• Warehouse Management

Operations:

• Customer Handling

• Prepare the planogram for the store & merchandising the products accordingly

• Product & soft skill training of the staff.

• Redressal of snags in day to day operations.

• Preparing of Duty roaster for the Foods team.

• New staff recruitment.

• Coordination with online sales platform like Swiggy.

Accounts:

• Creating of Vendor payments as per the agreed terms along with accounts.

• Payment Schedule & co-ordination for payments of Endcap & SIS concepts

• Generation of other income by modes of selling of END Caps, SIS space, sampling charges, New article listing charges.
