*ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES at SHUBH GEMS

- The Job involves Sales & Customer Support to website & In-store visitors.

- Converting Online /Offline Leads into actual sales.

- Live Chat with Website visitors

- Providing Buying Assistance to website visitors like Payments Links etc.

- Providing in-depth information to Potential Customers on Call & In-Store.

- Telephonic Communication with domestic & international customers.

- Updating customers about their order, dispatch & Delivery status.

- Helping customers with full Product Information, Recommendation & Guidance.

- Sharing Product Catalog & other details with customers via Email & WhatsApp.

- Addressing Customer's Grievances & Suggestions.

*DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE*

The Candidate must be Pleasant, Positive-minded & Polite.

The Person should have zeal & zest to achieve set Goals & Targets.

Previous experience in Luxury or Lifestyle segment products would be a Plus.

Good Communication & Presentation Skills, Good command over English and Hindi is a must.

The Candidate should be located in New Delhi or nearby areas.

Office Timings - 1 PM to 7 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)
