As a Resume Writer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their career goals by creating professional, impactful resumes that showcase their skills and experience. You will work directly with clients to gather information, understand their career aspirations, and produce resumes that highlight their strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to gather information about their professional background, skills, and career objectives.
Resume Writing: Develop tailored resumes that align with the client’s industry and career goals, ensuring clarity and impact.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine resumes to eliminate errors and enhance readability.
Keyword Optimization: Use industry-specific keywords to improve the chances of the resume passing through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Assist clients with updating and enhancing their LinkedIn profiles to complement their resumes.
Career Guidance: Offer insights and advice on job search strategies, interview preparation, and overall career development.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in resume writing, content writing, or a related field such as career coaching or HR.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
