In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, tailored resumes that help our clients achieve their career goals. You will work directly with clients to understand their professional background and aspirations, and produce resumes that effectively highlight their skills and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to gather detailed information about their career history, skills, and objectives.
Resume Crafting: Write customized resumes that clearly present the client’s qualifications and align with their career goals and industry standards.
Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all resumes are free from errors, well-organized, and professionally formatted.
Keyword Integration: Incorporate relevant keywords to enhance resume visibility in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
LinkedIn Profile Support: Assist clients in optimizing their LinkedIn profiles to complement their resumes and enhance their online presence.
Career Advice: Provide clients with guidance on resume improvements, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in resume writing, content creation, or a related field such as career coaching or human resources.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred..
