Job Overview

We are hiring Restaurant Staff to join our team at The Piano Man, a popular jazz club and cafe located in New Delhi, India. As a member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service

Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner

Take and serve food and drink orders

Provide recommendations to guests on menu items and specials

Ensure accuracy in order taking and promptly communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Assist in preparing the restaurant for opening and closing procedures

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth ser
